This week we will present you with a wonderful recipe for the wonderful Blue Ocean Acai bowl with blue Spirulina (algae which has become a popular superfood). The blue Spirulina will partly make this dish more beautiful in appearance and healthier in the nutritional content, but it can easily be omitted.
This acai bowl is made on oat milk, frozen bananas and possibly. also frozen mango pieces if desired.
Nice cream topped with Exotic Mix´s delicious natural jumbo cashews, lovely tasty dried mango slices without added sugar, the crunchy roasted coconut flakes from Sri Lanka or the exquisite dried dragon fruit without added sugar. Only the imagination sets limits to what you want to top this exquisite dish with.
- 2 frozen bananas, possibly. 10 pcs frozen mango cubes (if this is chosen use only 1 banana)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 dl oat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons spirulina (optional)
- Cashews, dried mangoes, roasted coconut flakes or dried dragon fruit
Method: Bananas, mango, vanilla and oat milk are blended together until a delicious and creamy consistency is achieved. Nice cream is poured into a bowl and garnished with cashews, dried mango slides, roasted coconut flakes or dried dragon fruit, in the amount you want.
